Having worked in the Estate Agency Sector since 2004, Joyce has gained industry qualifications and a trusted reputation across her local community. Drawing from her accounting background, Joyce is cautious about financial matters and how that impact on families and the property business. She essentially has an eye for financial details with regards your property or that big move.
Having lived in the South-East for a considerable amount of time, Joyce felt the need to establish a business in the property industry she knows best and for the locals around her for service to the community.

Daniel focuses about helping our customers’ house moves to go as smoothly as possible. He enjoys speaking to people, and both his communication skills, business development, accounting, surveying, and sector expertise make him a real asset to the business.
Having previously gained indebt knowledge in property management and as an approved member of the Royal Institute of chattered surveyors (RICS) for Ark Surveyors in London, Daniel joined the company in 2021. He has in-depth industry knowledge and estate agency experience with regulatory adherence during his work with Ark Surveyors.
Outside of work, Daniel loves spending time with his children and enjoys rugby matches. As the adventurous member of our team, Daniel likes to be detailed in his approaches to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed from customers, landlords and tenants. A great mediator he is.
