• -Professional property marketing
• -Marketing on major UK portals
• -We encourage landlords to have a rental guarantee insurance in the event of defaulting payment on rent by tenants. Should you need help with this, please contact us.
• -Independent tenant referencing
• -Initial ‘Right to Rent’ checks
• -Professional and independent inventory & schedule of condition report
• -Accompanied move-in with required smoke & carbon monoxide alarm checks
• -Access to a client files detailing your tenancies, with access to your accounts/statements etc… in a hard copies and in electronic formats for signatories.

We do not offer management service at the moment.

How do we ensure our landlords are protected?

We are regulated by legislations to govern our service and are part of client money protection schemes to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
